BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG) - The trees in Bay County took a hard hit from Hurricane Michael. As residents work towards putting things back together, they may be wondering what they should be doing to help salvage mature trees in their landscapes.

The UF/IFAS Extension of Bay County is hosting a free tree recovery and selection class Tuesday, September 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at its location on East 14th Street in Panama City.
