PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG) - A guest joined us in the studio to tell you how Verizon Wireless and the American Red Cross are lending a hand to Panama City residents impacted by Hurricane Michael.
They are hosting supply kit events at ten Verizon locations on December 15th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m..
Residents of Panama City and the surrounding communities are invited to visit one of their retail stores to build Red Cross supply kits for themselves, a family member, friend, neighbor or someone in need. At these Verizon Recovery Stations, there will be plenty of supplies available to build the kits. This event is free and open to the public.
