Good Wednesday morning everyone!
Meteorologist Ryan Michaels shows our morning sunrise over NWFL.
It's a quiet start on radar this morning with just a few low level clouds still cruising our skies early on today. We'll see those gradually give way to more sunshine as the day unfolds.
Otherwise, it's a pleasant start out the door this morning with many of us in the mid 60s. Some natural air conditioning as you head out this morning, with no need for a jacket unless you're susceptible to feeling cool. Temperatures will get warm in the afternoon with highs returning to the low 80s for most. We'll get one more mild day in the forecast before changes come by the end of the week and into the weekend.
Attention will turn toward a slow moving cold front across the country tomorrow as we await a cold front to move into the Southeast. It doesn't quite get here though until Thursday night and Friday morning. So our highs will still reach up to near 80 degrees as clouds increase through the day tomorrow and a few showers may show up by the day's end.
Rain becomes a bit more likely Thursday night into Friday morning with scattered showers passing through along the cold front. Highs on Friday may only reach the upper 60s before a bigger chill moves in over the weekend. Weekend lows are likely to start out in the cold 40s with highs only reaching the low 60s on Saturday to upper 60s Sunday.
For today, mostly cloudy skies turn mostly sunny in the afternoon with highs in the low 80s. Your 7 Day Forecast keeps us mild for one more day before rain chances go up Thursday night into Friday morning as our next cold front moves through.
