Many families are unable to visit loved ones because of the coronavirus. One local family is still finding a way to see their grandmother who is in the hospital battling cancer.

Kristina Hicks shared photos with us on Facebook. Her family stood outside of Bay Medical with signs to bring a little joy to their grandmother's day and to let her know they love her. She says her grandmother, Wanda Fox, worked at Tyndall Air Force Base for 40 yeas and only stopped working because of her health. The family wanted to see her, even if they can't physically be in the hospital.

Kristina went on to say this to say this was definitely a bittersweet moment, but one her family will cherish forever.
