PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG) - Another above average day on this Sunday. Temperatures once again reached the 70's for most of the panhandle. The sun played peak-a-boo behind plenty of cloud cover this afternoon.
This above average trend will stick around for the beginning of the work week, with temperatures getting into the upper 70's by Tuesday. Things will begin to change Tuesday night.
A strong cold front will make it's way into the panhandle overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, bringing a good chance for rain. This front will linger around our area through Thursday, so rain chances will stick around as well.
Our first taste of winter is behind this front. Temperatures Saturday and Sunday morning will be in the 30's with highs struggling to reach the low to mid 50's.
Have a wonderful Monday!
