The Florida Department of Health in Bay County is getting ready to conduct a suicide risk and health issues survey following Hurricane Michael. The goal is to assess the economic, physical health and mental health impacts the storm has had on area residents.
Participating households are randomly selected. The survey has 35 questions and should take only about 20 minutes to complete. All interviews are confidential with no identifying information collected.
