Bay alum records first career interception at UWF

CLEVELAND, Miss. (WJHG/WECP) - Saturday's game between West Florida and Delta State is one that Daryl Wilson will remember forever.

The West Florida junior and Bay alumnus has played a part in all kinds of plays, but during the first quarter, he recorded his first career interception.

It's a rather unexpected stat line for Wilson, a 5-foot-11 330 pound defensive lineman. Wilson hauled in the Delta State pass off a deflection.

The No. 11 ranked Argos came from behind to win 30-21, improving their record to 4-1.
