PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Women's college golf comes to Bay Point this weekend as the Nicklaus Course hosts the seventh annual Florida State Match-Up.
Ten women's teams are split into five pairs, competing for team and individual championships.
The Seminoles are paired with No. 13 Alabama. Clemson matches up with No. 14 LSU. Kansas State pairs with Toledo, Missouri with Coastal Carolina, and Memphis with USF.
After 54 holes Saturday, the team of LSU and Clemson leads Florida State and Alabama by 11 strokes. Swedish sophomore Beatrice Wallin leads the Seminoles, sitting second in the individual standings after carding a 72 and 75 with five birdies.
LSU's Ingrid Lindblad was the lone player under par in windy conditions, carding 71-72 to end the day one-under.
Admission is free for the final 18 holes, beginning Sunday at 8 a.m.
