Indian Springs hosts Riley Torbett Memorial Tournament

The Jackson County community continues to pay forward Riley Torbett's legacy.

August 4th and 5th, Indian Springs Golf Club and MHS baseball head coach Bobby Hughes are hosting the Riley Torbett Memorial Golf Tournament. It's a three man scramble, with entry fees priced at $100 per person and $300 per team.

The money goes towards a Chipola scholarship in Torbett's name, which will be given to a senior player on the Bulldogs baseball team on the basis of character.

Torbett, a Marianna baseball player, was killed in an ATV accident just days before graduation.
