Man Arrested After Injecting Woman With Cement, Super Glue

The Miami Gardens Police Department has arrested a man on charges of practicing medicine without a license after he injected a woman in her buttocks with cement and other substances.

Police said that in May, a victim was treated by Oneal Ron Morris, 30, who they said injected a substance consisting of cement, Fix-A-Flat, mineral oil and superglue into a woman's buttocks and sealed the incision with superglue.

After receiving the injections, the victim was hospitalized with what police described as a serious medical condition.

Police were assisted in the investigation by the Florida Department of Health.

"We might have additional victims in the south Florida community that could be afraid to come forward with their report fearing to be penalized," a department spokesman said. "We urge those victims to come forward if they have been the victim of this subject. Those victims have not done anything illegal and they should not be afraid to come forward."

If you have been a victim or you have information, please contact the Miami Gardens Police Department Investigations Division at 305-474-1420.
