Additionally, the main road leading into the Complex will be named for Maj. Gen Larry K. Arnold, CONR-1st Air Force commander during the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
Both retired generals will be present for the dedication ceremony, along with numerous distinguished visitors, including the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command deputy commander, Canadian Lt. Gen. Charlie Bouchard; the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, Gen. Craig R. McKinley; former NORAD and NORTHCOM commander Gen. Ralph E. “Ed” Eberhart; and Congressman Allen Boyd from Florida’s Second District.
An Open House of the Killey Center will take place immediately following the ceremony. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the 325th Air Control Squadron Auditorium.
