Attendees got tips on developing a good business plan.
The NAACP president says this workshop is designed to help people interested in starting a new business, expanding a current business, or even recovering a business after Hurricane Michael.
"Economics is so important in the community, that is one of our game changers as the NAACP economic sustainability, so we wanted to empower the people in the community and assist them with starting the businesses."
This is the second workshop in a series of four.
The dates of the next two workshops have not been announced yet.
