Bay County jury finds man guilty of selling heroin

BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A Bay County Jury found a man guilty of selling heroin.

Wednesday, jurors found Joseph Bell sold heroin to a confidential informant from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. The Bay County Sheriff's Office assisted and used undercover recording equipment to record the sale of the heroin.

Bell will be sentenced on October 13th. Bell is a habitual felony offender and faces 30 years in prison.

He also faces charges of attempted murder and home invasion robbery.
