TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A local church will get more than $3 million from FEMA for Hurricane Michael expenses.
FEMA approved $3,264,330 for Christ Church of Panama City to replace it's destroyed facility, facility contents and equipment following Hurricane Michael. This grant is funded by FEMA's Public Assistance Program.
FEMA says this is the largest permanent work project it has obligated to a private nonprofit for Hurricane Michael.
