Panama City Beach is one of six stops on his Decision America Sunshine State Tour.

The event was free and also featured the music of Christian artist Jeremy Camp.

While Graham had the attention of Bay County residents and visitors, his message was one of hope and resilience. He had one unifying message for the people of Panama City Beach Tuesday.

"I want them to know that first of all, God loves them,” said Graham. “He loves the people and loves us."

Graham, who is also the president and CEO of Samaritan's Purse, says after the devastation Hurricane Michael left behind, he wants locals to remember they haven't been left behind.

Graham said, "You know sometimes people think when a storm like this happens that maybe God is mad at them, well He's not mad. He loves us. Samaritan's Purse has been working here since the storm and we're still here and we'll be here for some time. God hasn't turned his back on this community."

Locals and visitors say the message of hope is one we should all take the time to remember.

Larry Hilbelink, who attended the event said, "That's the way the Graham's are, they're all about hope and a bright future."

Ray Donaldson, who also attended the event said, "You look around and there's always hope. There's always hope in the Lord."

Graham’s next stop is Key West.
