Lynn Haven car crash leaves one teenager dead

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A crash Sunday left one dead and another person in the hospital, according to Lynn Haven police.

Police say just after 5:30 p.m. Sunday, a Toyota pickup driven by 16-year-old Johnathan Henderson traveling south on Highway 77 just north of E 3rd Street, left its lane and collided with a Chevrolet truck driven by 53-year-old Joseph Cancilla.

Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene and Cancilla was taken to the hospital.

Police say a Nissan carrying two people following Cancilla collided with his truck but neither were injured.
