Lynn Haven served subpoenas from FBI

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The Federal Bureau of Investigations has served three subpoenas to the City of Lynn Haven.

They are asking for records, or to testify before a Grand Jury.

The city is being asked to provide information concerning any transactions with Erosion Control Specialists and Greenleaf Lawn Care, and any and all paperwork pertaining to former City Manager Michael White. Specifically, the FBI is looking into White’s personnel file, contracts, agreements, emails, text messages, calendars, credit card statements, invoices submitted to Lynn Haven for reimbursements, canceled checks paying those reimbursements, and payroll records.

A representative from the City of Lynn Haven is asked to be in court May 7th, or in lieu of a personal appearance, they can send all requested documents to the FBI.
