Early voting for municipal elections ends

BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - April 16, or Election Day, is the next day you can cast your ballot.

Bay County Supervisor of Elections Mark Andersen says that the turnout for early voting hasn't been as heavy as previous years, but he encourages everyone to cast their vote so their voices can be heard.

Andersen said, "We're known for close elections here, so I wouldn't bypass the assumption that your candidate will win. I'd go and cast that ballot."

The polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

The following locations are the designated voting locations:

Lynn Haven- Roberts Hall, 831 Florida Avenue
Mexico Beach- City Hall, 201 Paradise Path
Panama City Ward 1- Daffin Park Clubhouse, 320 Kraft Avenue
Panama City Ward 2- Glenwood Community Center, 722 East 9th Court
Panama City Ward 3- Shaddai Shrine Center,1101 West 19th Street
Panama City Ward 4- West Side Men's Club, 4201 West 22nd Street
Panama City Beach- Frank Brown Park, 16200 PCB Parkway
Parker- Parker Community Building, 935 West Park Street
