OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A man wanted for murder in Okaloosa County has been arrested.

Okaloosa County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested Eugene Bradley, 31, in connection with the death of Christopher Black of Navarre in July.

Deputies say Bradley confronted Black and shot him three times on the carport. A witness says he and Bradley had been smoking meth before the fight. The witness says Bradley's girlfriend had approached Black. The witness say Bradley asked Black about what and Black said a cigarette.

Another witness says Bradley told Black he was going to confirm that information and there would be problems if one of them lied. He says he later heard a scuffle and a woman scream, then multiple gunshots.

Investigators say Black was on the floor of the carport asking for help. A witness drove Bradley to a hospital for a gunshot wound to his left arm.

Deputies say they found Bradley Tuesday night outside a fast food restaurant on Highway 98. He's charged with first-degree premeditated murder.
