The Executive Director for Panama City Housing Authority Teri Henry said, two housing units, Massalina Memorial Homes and Fletcher Black Memorial Homes, will both be demolished soon.

In its place, Massalina will get 100 new units and be called the Park at Palo Alto. Fletcher Black will get 120 new units.

"We've had a couple hold ups in regards to finalizing the FEMA claim, as well as some HUD involvement, but we are really close to the finish line," said Henry.

As long as both organizations come through, the two complexes should be demolished within 90 days.
