The Panama City Marina was once home to a 9/11 memorial. Both the marina and memorial were heavily damaged.
The eagle that was a part of the memorial toppled over.
According to Panama City officials, the eagle has been moved to storage and will be repaired and replaced after the marina is rebuilt.
