PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Part of 23rd Street will be shut down Wednesday night for road improvements, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
FDOT will close 23rd Street from south of Collegiate Drive north to Highway 98 from 10:30 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday. FDOT says there will be traffic control officers helping direct drivers through the area.
FDOT wants to remind drivers to pay attention to the speed limit, to watch for construction equipment, and use caution in the work zone.
