Good Thursday morning everyone!
It's a quiet start on radar this morning with clear skies overhead. We'll see our fair share of sunshine today with nothing to worry about on radar.
Under the clear skies it's a cool and pleasant start with temperatures in the upper 50s inland to low 60s on the coast. Some patchy fog has developed this morning and may thicken up in some spots as we get the early morning commute underway. Otherwise, it won't last very long and we'll be off to another beautiful day! Temperatures will warm nicely into the upper 70s near 80 degrees on the coast and into the mid 80s once again under that beautiful mainly sunny sky.
With a little moisture still pleasant, and returning this afternoon among southeasterly winds that will turn slightly breezy this afternoon, we'll see a few fair weather clouds puff up this afternoon. Just a few cotton balls in the sky and nothing that will bring any significant chance for rain. We could see a stray shower develop inland, but the better chance of catching it would be across Alabama or Georgia to our north.
Otherwise, we don't have much of a rain chance over the next several days other than a stray pop up shower as we await a cold front heading our way for the weekend. Looks like Sunday will have potential for a band of showers and thunderstorms passing through.
For today, mainly sunny skies with highs near 80 on the coast to the mid 80s inland. Your 7 Day Forecast keeps us running quiet in the skies with clouds on the increase Friday, and our next best chance for rain on Sunday.
