Wednesday Forecast

Good Wednesday morning everyone!

It's a quiet start on VIPIR 7 Doppler Radar but we do have a bit of clouds cruising our skies. And there's only a stray chance at a very small spotty shower today, or in other words hardly umbrella worthy. Otherwise, we're off to another very mild and muggy morning in the mid 60s for the Morning Commute.

We'll see the mix of sun and clouds, if not a little more clouds than sun during the morning today. But a general partly sunny day will shape up and with the sunshine we'll see temps get quite steamy again this afternoon. Inland highs will have potential in sunny spots to reach the mid 80s this afternoon while the coast still has the cooling influence of a southerly breeze off the Gulf to keep temps in the upper 70s.

This pattern is basically locked in for the next several days as high pressure sits off the US East Coast at the surface and builds aloft. That's acting like a shield to deflect rain showers and frontal boundaries all around the Southeast. The sinking motion under high pressure is also the reason for our mild spring-like temps.

We'll see these upper 70s for the coast and low to mid 80s inland last right through the upcoming weekend before our pattern breaks down a little into early next week.

Bottom Line...
For today, mostly to partly sunny skies with slightly breezy southeasterly winds and highs in the upper 70s on the coast to mid 80s inland. Your VIPIR 7Day Forecast will keep our spring-like weather pattern intact through the upcoming weekend.
