Panama City Seminole Club hosts annual kickoff party

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Florida State opens against Boise State in Jacksonville. The Panama City Seminole Club can't wait.

FSU cheerleaders pose with fans at the PC Noles kickoff party.

Many of them will be there. In the meantime, they spent Saturday at Sharky's in Panama City Beach for their annual kickoff party.

The party combines food, drinks, and fundraising—a fundamental part of why the club does what it does.

Money raised throughout the year has gone to sponsoring a soccer locker, softball coaches' club, and $25,000 Diane Andrews Scholarship in honor of the late wife of former defensive coordinator Mickey Andrews

During the party, the club presented a $2,500 check to the FSU Spirit Team to be used as a provision for cheerleading uniforms.

For those not attending games at the stadium, PC Noles watch parties will be at Beef 'O' Brady's in Panama City Beach.
