BRADENTON, Fla (WJHG/WECP) - The Florida State Seminoles are on the road this week for practice.
Willie Taggart and his 'noles working out Monday at IMG Academy in Bradenton, the first of four days of fall practice at that private academy.
"I was trying to think of a place where we could go and take our guys away from where we're normally practicing, to try to take our kids out of their comfort zone and see if they can compete at a high level and consistently away from campus," Willie Taggart, Florida State Football coach said. "And also it gives us a chance to bond as a team."
FSU actually signing a two year deal to spend time in August at IMG, at well over 300 grand per visit.
Technically the IMG players cannot have contact with FSU coaches or players, but they know the 'noles are there and can watch the workouts if they choose to.
