DeSantis appoints Ellenburg to Holmes County Commission

HOLMES COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Charles “Wade” Ellenburg to the Holmes County Board of County Commissioners on Friday evening.

We’re told Ellenburg is a self-employed Farmer in Holmes County who is active in his community. He is a member of the Florida Farm Bureau Holmes County Board of Directors and the Florida Farm Bureau Fruit and Vegetables State Advisory Board.

In 2025, he was elected as a member of the Holmes County Value Adjustment Board.
