Man convicted of killing parents, two dogs in Crestview

OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) - A North Florida jury convicted Jacob Price of killing his parents and their two dogs, prosecutors said.

Price shot his parents in the head as they slept in their bed in November 2019, according to prosecutors. He then shot the family’s two dogs, Nala and Cooper.

Price was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder and two counts of animal cruelty. A judge sentenced him to two consecutive life terms without the possibility of parole.
