Bay County waives pet adoption fees for Labor Day event

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) -Bay County Animal Control is waiving adoption fees for cats and dogs during a Labor Day adoption event.

The event runs from today through next Tuesday.

All animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped and given age-appropriate vaccinations before leaving the shelter.

Shelter staff encourage potential adopters to spend time with the animals before making a decision to find the best match for their home.
