Child killed in Okaloosa County crash

A child is dead after a crash in Okaloosa County Sunday morning.
Florida Highway Patrol officials say Kiyoko Blystone, 92, was exiting the roundabout at the intersection of Bluewater Boulevard and Southwind Drive in Niceville around 11:30 a.m. when she hit Abrham Sitcer, 12, as he was riding his bike.
They say Sitcer was trapped under the vehicle and dragged for several feet.
Sitcer was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
